Gifts should be given willingly. II Corinthians 9:7, NIV. “Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.”

Each person should give as much as he or she is able. II Corinthians 8:12, TLB. “If you are really eager to give, then it isn’t important how much you have to give.

God wants you to give what you have, not what you haven’t.”

  2. My thought on “Sharing the Joy of Giving to those in need”

Let each one that is a giver be of a willing – giving heart – for a willing heart will bring peace to the soul.

Even if one is only able to give a little, it is better to do something than nothing at all. Be kinder than necessary……see how YOUR kindness will trigger an un-ending circle of caring, and noble deeds.

However, those in need are there all year round. IT IS FINDING A SOLUTION to those in financial need, even if they need to re-learn their career in order that they no longer will be on the receiving end, but be able to turn around for the possive in their lives and become the giving and helping end…..

Finding positive changes for those that are in need is the best gift of all. People need a second chance, even a third one…..

Measure people by the size of their hearts, not the size of their bank accounts.

May your mission to help others Eric, be a blessing to those in need and TO YOU AS WELL.
